I am an avid listener of All India Radio. My interest particularly lies in India & Western Classical recitals as well as instruments.

I was spellbound by the Solo Violin Recital, (Raag Malhar and Des), given by Mr. Dinesh Kr. Prabhakar, transmitted by you on the National Programme (10.00 pm to 11.00 pm) on 2nd July, 2000.

As an accompanist, Mr. Nayampalli was also admirable on the tabla. I would like you to convey my congratulations and good wishes in particular to Mr. Prabhakar so that I continue to benefit by his heart warning performances.
